Terms of Service

LAST UPDATED · 2026-08-15

1. The service

EdgeDepth provides market data visualization, market replay and educational content for Binance USDT-M and Hyperliquid perpetual futures. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. EdgeDepth is operated from New Zealand and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the service constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Free accounts require no payment method. Paid access is sold on two rails and they behave differently, so which one you used matters.

Bitcoin access is prepaid and does not renew automatically: we email you before your access period ends, and access lapses if you choose not to renew. There is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge; letting a period expire is the cancellation.

Card access is a Stripe subscription and renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do yourself at any time from Account, then Billing. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds have their own page: the Refund Policy is the canonical statement and governs if it and this section ever disagree. During early access, renewal and billing questions are handled personally at [email protected]. Subscribers who joined during early access keep their founder rate while their subscription remains active.

4. Data

Market data is sourced from public exchange feeds. We make no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or availability. Replay data, archived events and free event bundles are licensed to you for personal, research and educational use. You may not redistribute, resell or republish EdgeDepth datasets or systematically scrape the service; for commercial or redistribution licensing, contact [email protected].

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share account credentials, circumvent access controls or replay entitlements, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with prepaid access forfeited only in cases of abuse.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeDepth is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service, including reliance on displayed or replayed data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.
