How much of the hour's volume became new positions

Signed share of the last hour's traded base volume that became new open interest: the change in contract open interest over the hour divided by the hour's base volume. +1 means every contract traded opened a new position, 0 is churn between existing holders, -1 an hour of nothing but closing; bounded because a trade of size Q moves open interest by at most Q. Absent when either open-interest read is missing or stale against its window edge, or the hour traded nothing.
